36-Year-Old Man ID'd After Being Found Dead In PA Swimming Pool: Coroner
The 36-year-old man found dead in a swimming pool at his Berks County home has been identified, officials announced on Friday, Aug. 21. Patrick Thomas Barrett, of the 1400 block of Cleveland Avenue in Wyomissing, was identified as the man found unresponsive in the pool, according to Berks County Coroner Matthew J. Stitzel. The coroner's office was called to the home at 5:47 p.m., and deputies pronounced Barrett dead at the scene. His body was then taken to Reading Hospital for further investigation.
