NJ Man Committed 8 Thefts At Retro Fitness: West Long Branch PD
A 35-year-old Howell man was arrested and charged following a series of thefts in Retro Fitness, authorities announced Wednesday, Feb. 18. This year, officers received reports of eight separate thefts involving cash removed from gym lockers at the Retro Fitness at 185 Route 36, West Long Branch police said. Edward Byham is charged with theft, criminal attempt to commit theft, theft of services and possession of burglary tools, police said.

Hundreds of thousands of Peloton exercise bikes are being recalled after reports of seat posts breaking and detaching during workouts. Peloton issued the recall for about 833,000 Original Series Bike+ machines, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday, Nov. 6. The seat post assembly can break while in use, posing fall and injury hazards.
