Campus Tragedy: 2 Sudden Student Deaths Leave Ole Miss Seeking Answers A university community is mourning as investigators seek answers about two student deaths. The University of Mississippi, known as Ole Miss, confirmed the deaths Tuesday, Sept. 22. The students’ identities have not been publicly released, and authorities have not confirmed either cause of death.
